Every tip we publish is graded after the match, at the odds we printed before kick-off. Nothing is re-priced afterwards. The profit figures assume a flat £10 on each pick, as an illustration of how the tips have performed, not advice to stake that or any amount.

How this is counted
- Stake
- Flat £10 on every pick. A win returns £10 × (odds − 1); a loss costs the £10.
- Odds
- Decimal prices printed in the article before kick-off. Odds correct at time of publish. Never updated afterwards, so line movement we could not have known cannot flatter the record.
- What counts
- A pick counts once its match is decided and graded a hit or a miss. Voided or unresolvable picks are left out.
- Changes and removals
- We grade the pick as first published. If a preview is rewritten before kick-off, say after late team news, the first version is the one in this record, at its original price; the later version is not graded instead. A graded pick also stays in the record if its article is later taken down.
- Bet builders
- One bet at the three legs’ prices multiplied together. It loses if any leg does.
- No recorded price
- Counted in the hit rate, left out of profit and ROI: there is no price to work from.
- Small samples
- Small samples swing wildly and one run says little about the next, so rankings go by picks settled, not by profit.

This page lists every graded pick BetFootball has published, headline tips, bet builders and the additional picks that sit alongside them. Nothing is deleted once it goes wrong. A miss stays a miss, filed alongside the hits, because a record only means something if it includes the picks that didn't come in.
The tables break the same data down by competition and by writer, so you can see how a particular league or a particular author's tips have graded out rather than taking the whole site's figures on trust. Anyone who wants the raw numbers rather than the tables can pull a CSV of every pick BetFootball has ever published from the tip record download.
Grading follows one method throughout. Every pick is settled at a flat £10 stake, at the odds printed when the preview went live rather than anything the market moved to afterwards. Voided bets are stripped out rather than counted as wins. A bet builder is treated as a single bet at the combined price of its three legs, not three separate stakes. If a published tip or a graded result looks wrong, that's handled openly rather than quietly edited. Check the corrections page first, and if the issue isn't already logged there, that's where it gets raised and fixed.
