Tottenham have made their fifth signing of the summer transfer window by bringing in Burnley’s youngest ever Premier League scorer, Wilson Odobert, for an undisclosed fee.
The 19-year-old Paris St-Germain youth product has signed a five-year contract to return to the Premier League following the Clarets’ relegation to the Championship last season.
Odobert has moved for an initial fee of around £31.5 million, as well as potential add-ons and a sell-on deal for Burnley, Le Parisien’s Marc Mechenoua has reported.
Spurs have also added Archie Gray from Leeds, Lucas Bergvall from Djurgarden, Min-hyeok Yang from Gangwon and Dominic Solanke from Bournemouth since the end of 2023/24.

Wilson Odobert stats
Odobert made his breakthrough with Ligue 1 side Troyes after turning down a senior contract with PSG.
The France youth international contributed four goals and two assists in 32 appearances in 2022/23, starting 19 times and scoring for his country at under-19 and under-20 level.
Burnley signed Odobert a game into their ill-fated first season back in the season after winning the Championship in 2022/23.
He scored three goals and set up another three in the Premier League, his first coming when he put Burnley ahead in a 4-1 home defeat to Chelsea in October.

“The project here excited me,” Odobert told Burnley’s website when he arrived. “I really liked it: the manager [Vincent Kompany], the team, the town. I really love it and it’s a really good project for me.
“I want to play as much as possible at Burnley, do as well as I can with the team, stay in the team and play the best I possibly can for the club.”
Odobert started and scored Burnley’s second goal in their 4-1 win at Luton Town in their Championship opener on Friday.
