Nottingham Forest have reportedly agreed personal terms with Eddie Nketiah with talks over a fee with Arsenal said to be advanced stage.
Striker Nketiah has reportedly given the green light to a move to the City Ground, according to Fabrizio Romano.
It is believed that the Gunners are holding out for a £30million fee for their academy graduate.
Nketiah has scored 38 goals in 168 Arsenal appearances, enjoying regular spells as the team’s first-choice No9 after making his debut in 2017.
But he has played second fiddle to Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz in recent seasons, with Leandro Trossard also often deployed centrally ahead of the 25-year-old.

Forest are keen to add another striker to their ranks, including Feyenoord’s Santiago Gimenez, but they look to now be pressing ahead with a move for Nketiah.
The forward was an unused substitue in Saturday’s 2-0 win over Wolves in the Premier League.
Forest signed left-back Alex Moreno on loan from Aston Villa on Wednesday, with an option to make the move permanent next summer.
Centre-back Joe Worrall is poised to leave the City Ground with a switch Championship side Burnley edging closer.
