Nuno Espirito Santo is pleased with the way his Nottingham Forest side have responded following their four-point deduction for breaching Profit and Sustainability Rules.
The sanction was dished out during the international break, plunging Forest into the relegation zone.

Since club football resumed, Nuno’s side have drawn with Crystal Palace and beat Fulham 3-1.
“It was a good reaction,” said the Portuguese. “They were two good games. Especially in this last one [against Fulham], I think we did things really well. But we still have a long way to go and a lot of improvements to be made.”
The midweek win over Fulham means Forest are three points above the drop zone but Nuno is eager for them to maintain that upward trajectory, adding: “I think we played well but it is not a turning point. The challenge is to sustain. Previously, we have played better, but we did not achieve good results.
“We need to take advantage of the performance and the result to create some momentum for us. This is huge.”

Nuno makes his first return to Tottenham on Sunday – the club that sacked him after just 17 games in charge in 2021.
Ange Postecoglou has got Champions League-chasing Spurs playing some enterprising football and Nuno admits it will be a stern test of his side’s credentials.
He said: “It is going to be a pleasure to return and play there and play Spurs. It is part of the past now. My focus is on Forest and I am really, really determined to try and achieve a good performance.
“It will be very hard, not only because of us but because we are going to face a very good team. Spurs is a team full of great, talented players, a very good manager, and they are in a good moment. So it is going to be hard. I think they are a very good team. They are doing exceptionally.”
