Arsenal and Liverpool have each had three fixtures moved and Manchester City will play two matches on new dates as part of Premier League TV scheduling announced for April.
The Gunners, who lead the table ahead of the Reds on goal difference and are a point above reigning champions City, have had their north London derby at Tottenham provisionally moved to April 28.
Liverpool’s visit to Everton – the final derby for manager Jurgen Klopp, who will end his nine-year reign at the end of the campaign – will now take place on April 24.
City’s trip to Brighton & Hove Albion, which was rescheduled because Pep Guardiola’s side still have FA Cup commitments, looks likely to be one of two away games in four days for the Cityzens.

Each of the three teams competing for the title has 10 league games remaining of an unpredictable tussle at the summit.
Arsenal head to Etihad Stadium when the action resumes after the international break, playing City on March 31 – the same day as Liverpool host Brighton.
Mikel Arteta’s players and Liverpool both still have fixtures at Manchester United to play, which could be a particular concern for Klopp after they lost at Old Trafford in dramatic fashion in the FA Cup quarter-finals on March 17.
Liverpool’s rescheduled trip to Fulham could also hold the risk of potentially crucial dropped points if Marco Silva’s team can maintain their impressive recent home form, following up a 3-0 win over Brighton with victory by the same scoreline over fifth-placed Tottenham.

All three teams have to play fourth-placed Aston Villa and another team having an excellent season in Wolves, who are ninth and targeting European qualification.
Among the other amended fixtures, Arsenal host FA Cup semi-finalists Chelsea and Burnley will hope their battle to avoid relegation has eased by the time they visit a Sheffield United side currently bottom of the pile.
Nottingham Forest, who are in the relegation zone after having four points deducted for being found guilty of financial rule breaches, have new dates for their games away to fifth-bottom Everton and at home to City.
